
Adeline Kovell started studying the violin at age five. She played violin in Seattle Youth Symphony for 9 years and the Phinney Ridge Youth Orchestra for 7 years. She has played in pit orchestras for Edmonds Heights K-12, Shorewood High School, and the Village Theater summer internship program.
She earned awards at Seattle Young Artists Music Festival and Performing Arts Festival of the Eastside, performed at Carnegie Hall with Shorewood High School Chamber Ensemble, and received first place in the SKMEA solo and ensemble contest violin division (2020).
She has taught private lessons for 6 years and currently studies violin with Amanda Howard-Phillips at Eastern Washington University.
